At ProOrganiseUK, we aim to provide reliable and professional online admin support services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. General Policy

  • As our services are tailored to each clients individual needs, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where:

                 - The service was not delivered as agreed in writing.

                 - A technical or administrative error prevented service delivery.

2. Cancellation Before Service Begins.

  • If you cancel a booked service before work has started, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed start time.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after services have started.

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client that affects service delivery.

  • Dissatisfaction based on factors outside of our control (e.g., third-party delays, legal restrictions).

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to ProOrganiseUK@gmail.com

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer Law.
